She worked as a secretary in the Portsmouth School Department for 35 years. Oborne, 91, passed away on July 26, 2010, at her home in Moorestown.īorn in Providence, R.I, she grew up in Barrington, R.I., and was a resident of Portsmouth, R.I., for more than 40 years before moving to New Jersey.
